An update at last!

So its been a long time since I last posted but that is because so much has happened. Ironic how when you have the most to post you have the least amount of time to do it.

So after graduation we hung around Lubbock for one more week packing boxes and we went to the BIG 12 Championship Track meet.

We had to say goodbye to many people and places but one we will miss greatly is Grace's first babysitter. Thanks Misty!

Then we headed home for visiting and vacationing. Grace had her first boat ride. We Vacationed with the Conrad Clan in Port Aransas. It was a good time. We enjoyed the Beach and the Aquarium and a walk out on the Jetty.

Grandpa Ussing took Grace on her very first boat ride. She didn't mind the boat but she didn't care much for the life jacket.

While we were still visiting with family Noel went back to Lubbock and packed up our first home. We are going to miss the little apartment we lived in for three years. It was our first apartment and Grace's first home.

After seeing family we took off for Florida. We arrived in the Sunshine State on June 11.

Though we had a house (I'll post pictures of the house at some point) we didn't get any of our stuff until the 18th.

This is a picture of Tyndall Beach close to our house.

Since we have been in Florida Grace has learned a lot including how to crawl, how to open cabinets and drawers and pull things out of them,

that sand isn't food and that the ocean is salty,

how to pull up to a standing position,

and how to have a good time with a giant mixing bowl.

Video 1 (Grace playing at Grandma's House)

Video 2 (Grace amazingly can clap her hands with us when we sing the tune "If you're happy and you know it")

Video 3 (Grace likes to dance to the music though she is a little camera shy about it.)

A video of her crawling is coming soon. We have to catch her in the act! If she sees the camera she stops.

Yay, Florida! How do you like it? What city do you live in, anyway? Love the pictures and videos of Grace. I miss you guys! I hope Florida weather is better than Texas right now! I just put up pics of Billy's baby blessing on my blog (mjbrimhall.blogspot.com).
