We met Mickey Mouse.
The Incredibles.
Grace absolutely loved the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" playground and Hollywood Studios.
Going down a giant leaf slide.

Grace realizing she can't get her binki back after she decided to toss it overboard while we were on the water taxi at Downtown Disney.

Family picture with the stars of Disney World!
On Dumbo!!! Grace thought this ride was scary and jumped in her dad's lap and clung to him until it was over. Good thing dad was there to keep her safe.

Goofy girl
Grace thought the clear shower doors in our hotel room bathroom were very cool.
We also stopped in at the Orlando Temple. After a few days of crowds and entertainment we were ready for a quite activity.

Riding Cinderella's Carousel. I think she likes her bounce and spin zebra she has at home just as well.
Grace riding the Tea Cups. Not sure if she enjoyed the ride but she really liked the mouse that popped up out of the giant tea pot in the middle of the ride.

"It's a Small World After All". Noel with Coach Murray, his former Texas Tech Cross Country coach. No we didn't know he was going to be there. Congrats Coach Murray on the Girls 4th Place finish at Nationals! Go Tech!)

A few other highlights from our trip:
1) Grace began using sign language to tell us she wanted to eat turkey leg when we bought one. (She doesn't eat meat but she ate turkey leg). She also signed more to tell us she wanted more turkey leg. She has been signing ever since.
2) Grace loved the shows. Her favorites were "The Lion King" and "Finding Nemo." She loved to clap with the audience and dance to the music. During "Finding Nemo" however she was laughing hysterically at the eel that ate Nemo's mom. (Kind of embarrassing because all of the other kids were scared and quite.)
3) We went to the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor and they do a comedy routine and pick on people in the audience. It was incredible, Grace laughed on cue with the audience and clapped and giggled. Laughter must really be contagious. Noel and I were laughing so hard we were in tears.
Then we had a quiet Christmas. We definitely missed our families but it was nice to start some of our own traditions and be in our home.

Noel's Birthday was December 28th. Happy Birthday Old Man! (( enjoy the 4 months I can call him that)
Noel's Mom came to visit from the Dec 31st - Jan 4th. Grace enjoyed having her around and particularly liked the wagon she bought her for Christmas (pictures and video comming soon). While she was here we took a trip out the the lighthouse in Apalachicola. Grace couldn't go up but the rest of us did. It was my first time in a lighthouse. It was a nice view.

I'll try to post some more videos and pictures soon! Happy New Year!!!!!
