So since our last post we said goodbye to our home in Florida and will greatly miss living on Kisling Loop. It was so fun and we had so many great friends and neighbors there.
We will also greatly miss being so close to the beach.
Then Noel went to Washington state for a month and Grace and I went to visit family for a little while. Then we moved into our new home in OKC. Since Noel takes 99% of the pictures or at least thinks to take a picture 99% of the time, I don't have any photos from this time period. But we didn't do too much, just hung out and visited with family. Grace did discover this time period though those rides they have at the front of grocery stores that cost $0.50.

But we just couldn't take the crazy weather here so we went back to Texas to visit family until Noel got back. See while he was away OKC experienced a tornado outbreak with 25 plus tornado's in the area. Thankfully, our home did not take a direct hit but one touched down much closer then I would have liked and Grace and I got to become acquainted with our storm cellar. You can see pictures from the storm at
We experienced some massive hail at our home and will be getting a new roof, new gutters, new garage door, new fence new window screens and we already replaced a window that was broken by hail that was the size of a softball.
We have had a lot of fun in our new home already. We planted a small garden. Not a very ambitious garden but we planted tomatoes, zucchini, basil and cucumber. Grace likes to help unless she has to get her hands dirty.

On Monday of this last week we found out the gender of the baby we are expecting in November and......
It's a boy!!!!! (oh by the way we are going to have a baby just in case buying a house and moving halfway across the country weren't enough for the year.)
On June 12Th we participated in the family fun run that was part of the Bricktown Blaze in downtown OKC. Grace had a blast running and being cheered on by all of the other runners and people watching. She did awesome.

The race ended at the OKC Redhawks stadium so we stayed and watched some of the baseball game with some friends.

So this last weekend we went to the air show at Tinker AFB. The air show was pretty cool, the best one I had ever been too.
(Here we are standing in front of an E3 or AWACS)

Congrats on all the changes, especially the baby! I'm also due in November. My dad was stationed at Tinker AFB and my family lived in OKC for six years -- all my elementary school years. Hope you enjoy it!
