This and That

Over Christmas Grace loved playing in the leaves with her cousins! Grandma and Grandpa sure appreciated their help! Playing with cousins was definitely a highlight of Christmas.

Brian is such a happy boy and loves to smile. We always catch him smiling and his smile is very contagious. He is growing up so fast.

The long awaited day has arrived for pigtails! It was a long time in coming because Grace was bald for so long and has such fine hair. Not to mention the whole sitting still part.

Believe it or not it was in the 70s here on Friday and Saturday so we went with a friend to the zoo. The Oklahoma City Zoo has to be one of the best parts of living in OKC. Here is Grace and her Friend Ty playing peek-a-boo with some sea lions.

Grace has really gotten a lot better at building with her blocks. She wasn't interested in blocks for a long time but has recently constructed some pretty good towers.

So since we have moved to Oklahoma we have experienced record breaking hail (that took out our roof), record breaking rain (causing our fence to fall over), and earthquake (no I'm not kidding there really was an earthquake) and now the record snowfall total for a single day. To us it seems that Oklahoma is always in a state of emergency. Did I mention it was in 70s on Saturday?
