Summer Fun & Chores

At the beginning of the summer Grace was a bit frightened by sprinklers but now she has discovered the joy of this American pastime.

We have also been visiting a lot of parks. Grace has graduated from the "baby" swings so whatever you do, do not try and put her in one of those.

Grace has become interested in letters. She is getting pretty good at them as well. We don't make her do it but playing with her magnet letters has become an after dinner routine that she enjoys.

We have also started putting Grace to work! She is really quite helpful these days. You know in a toddler sort of way. She mops the floor, does the dishes and helps with laundry. Maybe this two-kid thing won't be so bad with such a good helper around (just kidding). Oh and we do usually put pants on her, she just refused to put them on after nap that day and I wasn't up for a battle.
