The Conrad's Blog: Maybe I"m not cut out for a blog

So clearly I'm just not cut out for blogging. I don't know how I found the time before but lately it has not been working out so well. So here are the highlights from the months of September and October.

We opened Hotel Conrad...which is now closed as we will be having a baby on Wednesday or maybe sooner. We did have quite a few visitors. Noel and I didn't realized OKC would be such an exciting place to visit. Here is a list of all the people that have stopped by.

1. Labor Day weekend - Noel's parents came
2. For Grace's Birthday (Sept. 24) - My parents came with my sister Carlene and her two kiddos Zach and Emma
3. On October 1st - Jessica and Andrew came to visit.
4. The next weekend Noel's sister Jamie came with her husband Trent and their two kids Senya and Ivan.
5. On the 18th my brother stopped by for a visit.
6. On the 22nd Noel's brother Thad came with his girlfriend Melissa.

So these are just a few pictures from all of the activities. Unfortunately we don't have pictures of all the people that stopped by so we have a new rule, if you come visit you have to let us take a picture for our blog.

Grace learned to play hide and seek

On one of the weekends we didn't have people visiting we introduced Grace to Chuck E Cheese. It was a pretty big hit.

Grace opening birthday gifts. I think she is trying to make sure Zach isn't going to still her presents.

She wasn't sure what to do with the candles on the birthday cake but atleast she didn't scream like at her first birthday!

I had to explain that the candle's were to be blown out. She caught on quickly. Next year we will practice first.

Here is the swing set that Grace got for her birthday. (Thanks a bunch dad for coming and assembling it with Noel.) Not sure what Grace is doing

Grace loves to go out and swing now and we are out there everyday.

Our Garden is about done. For the amount of armature effort we put into it we feel that is worth trying again next year. Cucumber was the biggest success. I need more recipes for them if we grow them again next year but homemade pickles were a hit.

While Jessica and Andrew were here we visited the National Cowboy Museum. At the children's area they have a place where children can dress up so we of course dressed her up. She is getting her guns up too. GO TECH!

We have enjoyed some awesome weather which has resulted in Grace falling in love with the Jeep. She loves to go on Jeep rides. Especially when Dad has the top off.
